This flyrod tube fits up to three 4-piece 9ft fly rods. Custom-made from veg tan leather. Our pieces are true works of art. Unique custom pieces crafted to heirloom condition. All our stitching is done by hand. This piece has both saddle stitching and cross stitching. All hardware is solid brass. Our leathers are 5-6 oz thick to hold up to wear and tear. These beautiful pieces are sure to get you stopped at the airport as you fly out to your favorite fly fishing location. Our tubes are dyed as opposed to painted. This ensures that no paint will ever flake off. These lifetime art pieces are bottom and top lined with shearling to keep your rods safe at all times
Dragon Fly is the name of this fly rod tube. Each a unique piece of art. Crafted from 5oz veg tan leather. Tooled and dyed. Here at Hammer Leather Designs we don’t paint anything on. Paint can peel over time ruining a beautiful piece. Instead, we use dyes of different colors that penetrate deep into the leather and develop a wonderful patina over time. These are heirloom pieces crafted with care. Stitching is all done by hand. This fly rod tube will hold up to three 4-piece fly rods 9 foot long. We make our straps so you never loose the cap. They are adjustable in length so you can carry them in hand, slungover the shoulder, or cross body. These tubes are maintained by applying leather conditioner or Neatsfoot oil once a year. The leathers hold up to use, which makes them uniquely yours over time.
This beautiful rod tube in green features a trout leaping from bubbling waters. Whimsical mayflies Circle in the air. Crafted from 5-6oz leather and hand-died to achieve a stunning heirloom quality. The red-dyed adjustable strap allows carrying over the shoulder or across the chest. All hardware is solid bass, and end caps are shearling-lined to cushion up to 3 4-piece 9-ft rods.
